We are a small, close-knit physical therapy clinic where our team knows each other and our patients well, communicates seamlessly, and focuses on treating the whole person while addressing the root cause of pain and dysfunction.
Michelle Christensen
Doctor of Physical TherapyMichelle has been practicing since 2012. She is certified in lymphedema therapy and has extensive training in a variety of manual techniques for pain management, including dry needling, Graston Technique, cupping, and spinal mobilization and manipulation. Michelle takes a hands-on, individualized approach to treatment, helping patients reduce pain and improve function through a combination of skilled manual therapy and targeted movement strategies. Outside of the clinic, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She is an avid fan of Duke and Arkansas athletics and loves relaxing with a good book or expressing her creativity through various art projects.
Julie Applewhite
Doctor of Physical TherapyJulie has been a practicing clinician since 2008. She is a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Specialist, with a strong focus on helping individuals safely return to an active lifestyle, including sport and higher-level performance. In addition, Julie is certified in BalanceWear, a specialized wearable system designed to support balance recovery for individuals with neurological conditions. Her clinical expertise also includes postural restoration and amputee care, allowing her to take a comprehensive, individualized approach to rehabilitation. Outside of her professional work, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. She loves being outdoors, staying active in a variety of ways, and practicing aerial arts.
Shari Singh
Physical Therapy Assistant
Shari is a Physical Therapy Assistant and Certified Lymphedema Therapist with additional certification in stroke recovery. She takes a functional, patient-centered approach to care, focusing on improving strength, mobility, and pain management to support everyday activities and long-term outcomes. Shari is known for her practical, hands-on style, helping patients build confidence and independence through purposeful movement. She is also fluent in both English and German, allowing her to connect with a wider range of patients. Outside of work, Shari enjoys spending time with her dogs, cats, and chickens. She is an avid gardener and baker, and is currently learning to crochet.

Billing and Office Support
Max is the welcoming presence who helps set the tone for every visit, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience from the moment you arrive. As the first point of contact, he assists with scheduling, check-in, and any questions along the way, always keeping things organized and running seamlessly. Known for a calm, attentive approach, Max supports both patients and staff with professionalism and ease. His goal is simple: to make each patient feel genuinely cared for.
