Hands-on care that helps you move and feel better.
Our manual physical therapy techniques—including dry needling, Graston® therapy, joint mobilizations, and targeted soft tissue work, are designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and speed recovery. We address tight muscles, restricted joints, and tissue dysfunction to help restore movement. Combined with corrective exercise and personalized treatment plans, manual therapy can help you move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities you enjoy with less pain.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a technique we use to help calm down tight, overactive muscles that may be contributing to pain, stiffness, or limited movement. When muscles stay guarded for too long, whether from injury, poor movement patterns, stress, or overuse, they can develop painful trigger points and lose their ability to function efficiently. Dry needling uses a thin, sterile needle to target these irritated areas and create a “reset” within the muscle, helping it relax, improve blood flow, and decrease pain. This can lead to improved mobility, better muscle activation, and faster progress with exercise-based rehab. While dry needling can provide quick relief, we use it as part of a bigger treatment plan focused on addressing the root cause of your pain and helping you move well long-term.
Graston
Graston Technique is a specialized form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that helps reduce pain, improve mobility, and speed up recovery from muscle and soft tissue restrictions. Using stainless steel tools, your physical therapist can identify and treat areas of scar tissue, muscle tightness, and fascial restrictions that may be limiting movement or contributing to pain. This technique can help improve blood flow, decrease inflammation, and promote the body’s natural healing response. Graston is commonly used for conditions such as tendon pain, muscle strains, post-surgical scar tissue, and chronic tightness.
